At meer&co, orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. The standard shipping option is free on all orders, but you can add expedited shipping at an additional cost at check out. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email for real-time updates. Please be aware that shipping times may vary, and we appreciate your understanding in case of any unforeseen delays. At this time, we are only shipping in the United States. RETURNS
At meer&co, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products, and we strive for accuracy in every order. We anticipate that your purchase will meet or exceed your expectations. However, we understand that unforeseen issues may arise. Please review our return policy for a clear understanding of our process:
1. Eligibility:
- The product is either damaged or defective.
- Products must be unwashed and unworn.
- Notify us within 5 days of receiving the product.
2. How to Notify:

- Provide your order number, a detailed issue description, and photos of the damage.
3. Timely Notification:
- Report damage within 5 days of delivery.
- Inspect your order upon delivery.
4. Return Process:
- Await instructions from our customer service before returning.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs of the return.
5. Inspection and Approval:
- We'll inspect the product upon return.
- Approved returns qualify for a replacement of equal or lesser value.
6. Non-Returnable:
- Non-damaged items or items deemed non-defective are not returnable.
- Customized items, identified in the product listing name with the word 'custom' in it, can only be returned for manufacturing defects.
7. Replacement Timeline:
- If return is approved, you will be notified and asked to select the replacement item on our website.
- Once customer indicates the replacement item, we will process and ship within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
8. Shipping Costs:
- For any replacements of approved returns, we will cover the shipping costs.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
